Below are some realistic things that you can do to help you in your quest for quick body fat loss:
ONE pound of body fat contains 3500 calories. Therefore you need to create a situation of using more calories than you take in to loose pounds.

Measure yourself with a tape measure too, sometimes the scales show a loss later than the tape measure.
Another important fact – some peoples bodies react slower to diet changes than others, taking up to 2 weeks to show a loss, therefore don’t be put off by no immediate weight loss – it may happen the week later!
Avoid or try to spend less time with people who sabotage your weight loss attempts – especially in the early days. Well meaning friends who offer ‘food that has no calories’ probably do not understand how important it is to you to lose weight. Try to explain to these that it’s important to your and hopefully they will turn into helpful friends who will understand and motivate you instead.
Cook more food from scratch, it does not have to be difficult, just plain nutritious and cooked healthily.
Eat a wide variety of foods, meats, vegetables. Do not eat the same things repeatedly.
Eat Breakfast. It starts your metabolism for the day. If you cant face it, eat a banana or fruit as early after waking as you can.
Avoid exceeding daily alcohol limits, it weakens your resolve to loose weight and makes you careless, as well as containing excess unneeded calories.
If it helps to join a weekly weight management class or programme, then enrol - there are lots in local areas and you could make new friends all with the same interest.
Borrow exercise DVD’s or videos from the local library or a friend to gauge if you like them first, you could create an exchange for them with a circle of your friends.
